As part of Pryv’s growth strategy, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.
Pryv makes essential software for data-driven healthcare innovation. Our purpose-built middleware helps organizations manage personal data from creation to use, sharing and disposal.
The Customer Success Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support and Business Development and will be a key player in Pryv’s growth strategy.
We’re looking for someone who can express passion about the new technologies and the impact of Personal Data and Privacy Management in Healthcare.
Sales and pre-sales
- Presenting Pryv.io technology to prospects and customers
- Provide strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, and other general sales support.
- Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Pryv.io Software
Customer Support & Satisfaction
- Lead support to customers and prospects.
- Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
- Analyze and evaluate the customer’s needs
- Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with prospects
- Completes Technical documentation based on customer’s experience
PROFILE and QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience as a software developer or equivalent position or Bachelor degree in a related field
- Good knowledge in:
- Web services
- Dynamic, proactive, business-minded
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team-spirit
- Good understanding in software solutions, in particular data management
- Experience with IT sales
- Proficiency in English, preferably native-speaker
- Possibility of part-time remote work
- Autonomy over schedule
